Balsamic Roasted Asparagus

Ingredients

large bunch asparagus, washed and trimmed
2 tbsp  balsamic vinegar
1 tsp  olive oil
 Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Lay asparagus on a baking sheet; drizzle with vinegar and oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until tender.

Serves 4
