Broiled Chicken and Mango-Avocado Chutney
Combining mango chutney with fresh mango and avocado makes a deliciously silky and complex accompaniment for the broiled chicken.

1. To make chutney: In a medium bowl, mix prepared chutney, lime juice, chili pepper, green onion and salt. Fold in mangoes, avocado and cilantro. Cover and set aside. 2. To cook the chicken: Preheat broiler. Spray broiler pan rack with non-stick cooking spray. Season chicken on both sides with lime zest, salt and red pepper flakes. Place on prepared broiler pan and drizzle with oil. 3. Broil 4 to 5 inches from the heat for about six minutes, turning once, until the chicken is cooked through. Serve with the mango-avocado chutney. Makes 4 servings.
