We also collect personal information through our Nutrition Consulting Questionnaire to help potential clients communicate their nutrition needs.

Strict controls are maintained over access to the personal information you share with BodyScience Medical. We strictly control access to your personal information to those BodyScience Medical employees who need this information to provide services to you.

By visiting our website
