Ingredients

| 2 cups / 500 ml | plain Greek yogurt, 2% MF or less |
| 1 tbsp / 15 ml | honey |
| 1 tbsp / 15 ml | lemon zest |
| 2 cups / 500 ml | mixed fresh berries, such as blueberries, sliced strawberries and/or raspberries |
| 1/2 cup / 125 ml | slivered almonds, toasted |
Directions
In a small bowl, whisk together yogurt, honey and lemon zest.
In 4 parfait glasses (or tall glass) layer berries, almonds and yogurt mixture.
Refrigerate until ready to serve. Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
