|2 cups / 500 ml||1% MF or less yogurt, plain or vanilla|
|1 tbsp / 15 ml||honey|
|1 tbsp / 15 ml||lemon zest|
|2 cups / 500 ml||mixed fresh berries, such as blueberries, sliced strawberries and/or raspberries|
|1/2 cup / 125 ml||slivered almonds, toasted|
In a small bowl, whisk together yogurt, honey and zest.
In 4 parfait glasses (or tall glass) layer berries, almonds and yogurt mixture. Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
