Vinaigrette: | |
3 tbsp | olive oil |
2 tbsp | balsamic vinegar |
2 tsp | Dijon-style mustard |
1 clove | garlic, crushed |
Directions
In small bowl, whisk together olive oil, vinegar, mustard, and black pepper. In large bowl, combine salad greens and apple slices. Add vinaigrette to salad and toss gently to coat. Arrange salad on large platter; sprinkle with cheese and walnuts.
