| 8 oz. | cooked baby shrimp or chopped cooked shrimp |
| 1 | red bell pepper, seeded and chopped |
| 3 | green onions, chopped |
| 2 tbsp | parsley, chopped |
| prepared or bottled vinaigrette dressing | |
| lettuce leaves |
Directions
Toss all ingredients except lettuce leaves with the vinaigrette dressing.
Serve on lettuce leaves.
