1 | red bell pepper, seeded and chopped |

2 tbsp | parsley, chopped |
prepared or bottled vinaigrette dressing | |
lettuce leaves |
Directions
Toss all ingredients except lettuce leaves with the vinaigrette dressing.
Serve on lettuce leaves.
