Baked Asparagus with Parmesan Cheese

Baked Asparagus with Parmesan Cheese


Quantity Ingredients
1 pound fresh asparagus
1 tbsp olive oil
2-1/2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
1-1/2 tbsp soft white bread crumbs
2 tsp margarine


1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. 2. Toss asparagus spears in 1-2 teaspoons olive oil and arrange in a medium size baking pan. 3. Sprinkle with cheese and bread crumbs. Drizzle with remaining olive oil. 4. Bake uncovered until asparagus is just tender, about 15 minutes. Serve immediately. Nutritional Information per serving: 105 calories, 6.6g total fat, 2.5g dietary fiber, 3mg cholesterol, 95mg sodium.
