Balsamic Roasted Asparagus

Some vegetables taste even better when they're roasted and asparagus is definitely one of them. You might even get non-asparagus eaters to like these!

Balsamic Roasted Asparagus

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredients
1 large bunch asparagus, washed and trimmed (about 1 lb / 454 g)
2 tbsp / 25 ml balsamic vinegar
1 tsp / 5 ml olive oil
1/4 teaspoon / 1 ml coarse sea salt
freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C).

Lay asparagus on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper; drizzle with vinegar and oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until tender.

Serves 4.
