Ingredients

Quantity Ingredients
1.5 cups / 375 ml unsweetened non-dairy milk or cow's milk
2 cups / 500 ml spinach, frozen
1 medium banana, frozen
1 cup / 250 ml fruit of your choice
1 scoop / 28 g protein powder (optional)

Directions

Put ingredients into the container of a Vitamix blender in the order listed.

Start blending on low speed and increase to high. Blend on high speed for 50-60 seconds until mixture is smooth.

Pour into glasses and enjoy!

Makes 2 servings.
