Blackberry Yogurt Shake

You can substitute any 100% unsweetened fruit juice for the orange juice in this recipe. Pomegranate juice works especially well, and gives the smoothie a deep crimson colour.

Blackberry Yogurt Shake


Quantity Ingredients
1 cup / 250 ml blackberries, fresh or frozen
1 cup / 250 ml yogurt (1% MF or less), plain or vanilla
2 cups / 500 ml unsweetened ornage juice


In a blender, combine blackberries, yogurt, and orange juice. Purée until smooth.

Serve cold. Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
