Blueberry Banana Smoothie

If you don't have blueberries on hand, strawberries work equally well.  

Blueberry Banana Smoothie


Quantity Ingredients
1/2 cup / 125 ml blueberries, fresh or frozen
2 small bananas
2 cups / 500 ml milk or soy milk


In a blender, combine blueberries, bananas and milk. Purée until smooth. Serve cold.

Serves 2.
