Quantity Ingredients
1/2 cup slivered almonds
1/4 cup walnut halves
2 tbsp dried cranberries
2 tbsp dark chocolate chips
1/2 cup large-flake rolled oats


  1. In a large mixing bowl, toss together almonds, walnuts, cranberries, chocolate chips and rolled oats.
  2. Store in an airtight container.

Serves 6.

Per 1/4 cup (50 ml) serving: 159 cal, 5 g pro, 11 g total fat (2 g saturated fat), 12 g carb, 3 g fi bre, 0 mg chol, 4 mg sodium
