|1||12-inch, pre-baked pizza shell|
|1 tbsp||olive oil (plus more if needed)|
|6 cloves||garlic, chopped finely|
|1/2 cup||tomato salsa|
|1/2 cup||corn kernels, fresh or canned|
|1/2 cup||thinly sliced green onion|
|1/4 cup||chopped mild green chile such as Anaheim|
|1/4 cup||chopped red bell pepper|
|1 cup (about 4 oz.)||feta cheese|
|1 tbsp||chopped fresh oregano or basil or 1 tsp dried|
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
In a medium bowl, gently toss avocado with lemon juice. Set aside.
Brush pizza bread shell with olive oil. Sprinkle with garlic.
Spread salsa over shell. Sprinkle evenly with corn, green onion, chile, bell pepper, avocado, cheese and oregano.
Drizzle with 1 tablespoon olive oil. Bake until cheese is lightly browned, about 10 minutes.
