Carribean Minty Ginger Smoothie

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredients
3 cups soymilk or ricemilk
1 ripe papaya, peeled, seeded, cut into pieces
mint leaves, handful, to taste
1 inch gingerrood, peeled and minced
1 tbps honey or maple syrup
1/4 cup yogurt

Directions

1. Prepare papaya, gingerroot. Put in blender. 2. Pour in liquid (soymilk and yogurt). Blend up until mixed. Add in mint & honey. Blend again. Makes 2 servings.
