| 3 cups | soymilk or ricemilk |
| 1 | ripe papaya, peeled, seeded, cut into pieces |
| mint leaves, handful, to taste | |
| 1 inch | gingerrood, peeled and minced |
| 1 tbps | honey or maple syrup |
| 1/4 cup | yogurt |
Directions
1. Prepare papaya, gingerroot. Put in blender. 2. Pour in liquid (soymilk and yogurt). Blend up until mixed. Add in mint & honey. Blend again. Makes 2 servings.
