|3 cups||soymilk or ricemilk|
|1||ripe papaya, peeled, seeded, cut into pieces|
|mint leaves, handful, to taste|
|1 inch||gingerrood, peeled and minced|
|1 tbps||honey or maple syrup|
1. Prepare papaya, gingerroot. Put in blender. 2. Pour in liquid (soymilk and yogurt). Blend up until mixed. Add in mint & honey. Blend again. Makes 2 servings.
