Frozen pitted cherries makes this smoothie cool and frosty! Perfect for a hot summer day.

Cherry Banana Smoothie


Quantity Ingredients
2 bananas
1 cup frozen pitted cherries
1-1/2 cups plain yogurt, 0 to 1% MF
2 tbsp honey
Mint leaves for garnish


In food processor or blender, process bananas until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and process until well blended. Pour into a glass and garnish with a mint leaf. Serve immediately.

Makes 3 cups (750 mL).
