Chestnut Topping

Sauces and Condiments.
This makes a great topping for pancakes, waffles, ice cream or whatever! Use your imagination.

Chestnut Topping


Quantity Ingredients
3 tbsp butter
1 tbsp brown sugar
4 oz. cooked, peeled chestnuts


1. Finely chop the chestnuts. Set aside. 2. In a small skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the brown sugar and stir until dissolved. Add the chestnuts and saut� just until barely browned. Makes 2 servings.
