Creamy Cold Berry Soup

Appetizers, Breakfast, Snacks, Soups.
As a dessert, starter, snack, or even breakfast - this soup is a colourful addition to any meal.  Depending on that you have in your fridge - just about any type of berry can be substituted for the strawberries and/or blueberries.

Creamy Cold Berry Soup


Quantity Ingredients
2 cups fresh strawberries, washed and trimmed
1 pear, peeled
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup pomegranate juice
1 1/2 cup low fat plain yogurt


In batches, blend strawberries, pear, blueberries, pomegranate juice and yogurt.  Combine blended ingredients in a large bowl, refrigerate until ready to serve.

Garnish with sprigs of fresh mint.

Serve cold.
