|2 cups||fresh strawberries, washed and trimmed|
|1/2 cup||pomegranate juice|
|1 1/2 cup||low fat plain yogurt|
In batches, blend strawberries, pear, blueberries, pomegranate juice and yogurt. Combine blended ingredients in a large bowl, refrigerate until ready to serve.
Garnish with sprigs of fresh mint.
