2 cups | fresh strawberries, washed and trimmed |
1 | pear, peeled |
1/2 cup | blueberries |
1/2 cup | pomegranate juice |
1 1/2 cup | low fat plain yogurt |
Directions
In batches, blend strawberries, pear, blueberries, pomegranate juice and yogurt. Combine blended ingredients in a large bowl, refrigerate until ready to serve.
Garnish with sprigs of fresh mint.
Serve cold.
