1/2 cup | raisins |
1/2 cup | sesame seeds |
1/2 cup | shelled sunflower seeds |
1/2 cup | roasted soybeans, chopped |
1/3 cup | chopped dates |
3/4 tsp | cinnamon |
3/4 cup | nutmeg |
1/4 tsp | salt |
1/2 cup | liquid honey |
1/4 cup | soy or vegetable oil |
Directions
1. In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, wheat germ and soy flour. Add Raisins, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, roasted soybeans and dates. Add cinnamon, nutmeg and salt. Mix thoroughly. 2. Combine honey and soy oil. Pour over dry ingredients and mix well. 3. Spread in roasting pan. Bake in 250 degree F oven for 1-1/2 hours, stirring every 15 minutes. 4. Cool. Store in air-tight container.
