Cumin Scented Grilled Pork Tenderloin

To maximize the flavours, I often marinate the pork overnight in a resealable plastic bag. Feel free to roast the meat in a 375 degree F (190 degree C) oven if you don't want to grill it.

Cumin Scented Grilled Pork Tenderloin


Quantity Ingredients
1/4 cup / 50 ml freshly squeezed lime juice
1 tsp / 5 ml honey
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tsp / 5 ml grated fresh ginger
1 tsp / 5 ml each ground cumin and ground coriander
1 tbsp / 15 ml olive oil
1 lb / 454 g pork tenderloin


In a shallow dish, combine the lime juice, honey, garlic, ginger, cumin, coriander and oil. Add pork, marinate for 30 minutes to 2 hours, turning once or twice.

Preheat grill to medium.

Transfer pork to the grill; cook for 20 to 22 minutes, or until cooked through.

Remove pork from the grill. Cover with foil and set aside to rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Serves 4.
