2 tbsp | Spinach Almond Pesto; or store bought variety |
4 | lemon wedges |
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 F (190 C).
Place fillets in a baking dish and spread ½ tbsp (7 ml) pesto on each fillet. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
Serve each fillet with a lemon wedge.
