Quantity Ingredients
1-1/2 cups figs, stems removed (8 ounces)
12 ounces light or nonfat cream cheese or ricotta
1 tsp cinnamon


Use this anywhere you would normally spread jam or cream cheese.

  1. In a blender, place figs, cheese and cinnamon. Blend until figs are coarsely chopped.
  2. Cover and refrigerate.

Makes about 2 cups.
