| 1lb | ground turkey |
| 1/4 cup | light mayonnaise |
| 1 cup | fresh spinach, chopped |
| 1 medium | onion, finely chopped |
| 1 clove | garlic, minced |
| 1/4 tsp | black pepper |
| 2 tbsp | worcestershire sauce |
| 1/2 cup | breadcrumbs |
| 1/2 cup | mozzarella cheese, grated |
| 1/2 | red pepper, sliced |
| 4 | kaiser buns, cut in half |
Directions
1. In a medium size bowl, mix all ingredients except mozzarella cheese and red pepper. Form 4 patties. 2. Fry in a pan on each side then cook in the oven at 350�F for 5 minutes. 3. On the barbecue, grill on medium-high for 6 to 8 minutes, 6 inches from the heat. 4. Put mozzarella cheeseand red pepper on top of patties. Cook 2 minutes more. 5. Brown Kaiser buns on oven (or barbecue) and serve with patties.
