Florentine Turkey Burgers

Entrees, Pizza, Sandwiches and Wraps.
The time of outdoor barbecuing may be over for now but the craving for that wonderful grilled taste is always in season. Try cooking these under the broiler or on one of those tabletop grills if you're not up to braving the wintry cold. 

Florentine Turkey Burgers

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredients
1lb ground turkey
1/4 cup light mayonnaise
1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
1/2 red pepper, sliced
4 kaiser buns, cut in half

Directions

1. In a medium size bowl, mix all ingredients except mozzarella cheese and red pepper. Form 4 patties. 2. Fry in a pan on each side then cook in the oven at 350�F for 5 minutes. 3. On the barbecue, grill on medium-high for 6 to 8 minutes, 6 inches from the heat. 4. Put mozzarella cheeseand red pepper on top of patties. Cook 2 minutes more. 5. Brown Kaiser buns on oven (or barbecue) and serve with patties.
