|1 cup||fruit juice (orange, apple or cranberry)|
|1 cup||berries such as strawberries or blueberries|
1. In blender or food processor, purï¿½e tofu, fruit juice, banana and berries (if using) until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
