Garlic and Basil Kefir Dressing

With only 1 gram of fat per serving, this dressing may be low fat, but I promise you it's big on taste.  

Garlic and Basil Kefir Dressing


Quantity Ingredients
1/2 cup unflavoured kefir
1 tsp minced gingerroot
1 tsp chopped fresh basil
1 clove garlic, minced


In a small bowl, whisk together kefir, gingerroot, basil, and garlic. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.

Makes 1/2 cup (125 ml). 

Serves 4.
