|1 medium||cauliflower, cut into bite-sized pieces (about 4 cups/1 L)|
|1 tbsp / 15 ml||canola or olive oil|
|1||clove garlic, crushed|
|1/4 tsp / 1 ml||coarse sea salt|
|Freshly ground black pepper, to taste|
Preheat oven to 375˚F (190˚C).
In a large bowl, toss cauliflower, oil, garlic, salt and pepper.
Spread cauliflower mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 22 to 25 minutes or until edges begin to brown and the cauliflower is tender-crisp when pierced with a fork.
