1 medium | cauliflower, cut into bite-sized pieces (about 4 cups/1 L) |
1 tbsp / 15 ml | canola or olive oil |
1 | clove garlic, crushed |
1/4 tsp / 1 ml | coarse sea salt |
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste |
Directions
Preheat oven to 375˚F (190˚C).
In a large bowl, toss cauliflower, oil, garlic, salt and pepper.
Spread cauliflower mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 22 to 25 minutes or until edges begin to brown and the cauliflower is tender-crisp when pierced with a fork.
