2 | tea bags (earl grey or green tea) |
3/4 cup | boiling water |
2 tbsp | low-sodium soy sauce |
1 tbsp | ginger root, minced |
1 tbsp | freshly squeezed lime juice |
Directions
In a glass measuring cup, pour boiling water over tea bag. Let steep for 10 minutes. Remove tea bag.
Add soy sauce, gingerroot and lime juice. Pour over chicken, fish or scallops and marinade.
Makes 1 cup. Serves 4.
