| 1 cup | kidney beans, rinsed, drained |
| 1 cup | cooked black beans or pinto beans, rinsed, drained |
| 12 to 16 ounces | grilled boneless, skinless chicken breast, sliced |
| 1/4 cup | coarsely chopped toasted pecan or walnut halves (optional) |
| Salt & pepper, to taste |
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Drizzle with low fat dressing and toss to coat. Serve immediately.
