Quantity Ingredients


1. In a large saucepan, heat the oil over medium-high heat. Cook the onion, zucchini, mushrooms and garlic until soft. 2. Add the water, tomatoes, tomato paste, wine, oregano, basil, salt and pepper. Bring to a simmer over high heat. Reduce the heat to medium-low, and continue cooking for an additional 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally. 3. Stir in the pasta and beans, and cook until the pasta is tender. Remove from heat and allow to sit for 10 minutes before serving.
