1 tbsp / 15 ml | olive oil |
1 tbsp / 15 ml | balsamic vinegar |
1/4 tsp / 1 ml | coarse sea salt |
Finealy cracked black pepper, to taste |
Directions
Preheat grill over medium heat.
In a bowl, toss mushrooms with olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.
Place mushrooms on grill; cook for 4 to 5 minutes, turning once or twice, or mushrooms begin to brown.
