10 ounces | soft tofu |
1 cup | Shelled Hemp Seed |
1/4 cup | sunflower seeds |
1/4 cup | scallions, chopped |
2 tbsp | soy sauce |
2 tbsp | nutritional yeast |
1/2 tsp | dried basil |
2 cups | herb seasoned stuffing |
Directions
In a blender, puree tofu then add the rest of the ingredients except stuffing. Put stuffing into a bowl and pour tofu mixture over top. Mix well.
Form into burger patties and bake on a greased cookie sheet in a 300 F oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
Makes 6 patties.
