Quantity Ingredients
3 cups chick peas, cooked
1/2 cup Shelled Hemp Seed
1/4 cup Hemp Seed Oil
2 cloves garlic
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup parsley
2 tbsp cumin powder
2 tbsp red miso
1 tsp cayenne powder
1 tbsp fresh cracked black pepper


Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend on low, stopping to turn the mixture until smooth.
