2 cups | walnuts |
2 tsp | granulated sugar |
1/2 - 3/4 tsp | cayenne pepper |
3/4 tsp | salt |
2 1/2 tsp | olive oil |
Directions
Preheat oven to 325 F.
Spread shelled walnuts in single layer on baking sheet. Bake nuts for 15-20 minutes, shaking every 5-10 minutes. Remove from oven.
In a small bowl, combine sugar, cayenne and salt.
Heat oil in skillet over medium heat. Add nuts and stir 1-2 minutes until warm.
Remove from heat; sprinkle with seasoning mix and toss to coat evenly.
Spread nuts on paper towel to cool.
