| 1 lb | tempeh |
| 1 | medium onion, thinly sliced |
| 1/3 cup | lemon juice |
| 1/3 cup | olive oil |
| 1/4 cup | tamari |
| 4 | cloves garlic, pressed |
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400�F. Cut tempeh into 1'' x 2'' pieces, then cut in half through the thickness. Arrange with onion in a stainless steel or glass 9'' x 13'' baking dish. 2. Combine lemon juice, olive oil, tamari and garlic in a small bowl. Pour over tempeh and onion mixture. 3. Bake in preheated oven, basting occasionally, for 25 minutes. Turn pieces of tempeh and broil for final 5 minutes of cooking. 4. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley and lemon slices. Serves: 6 Prep Time: 15 minutes Cooking Time: 30 minutes
