Quantity Ingredients
1 tsp canola oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 large bunch Swiss chard, washed and trimmed (about 6 cups)
1 tbsp lemon juice
salt and pepper, to taste


In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat.  Add garlic; sauté until golden brown.  Add Swiss chard; cover and steam for several minutes until the chard is wilted.  Remove from heat, sprinkle with lemon juice, salt and pepper.  Serve warm
