|6 cups / 1.5 L||Swiss chard, washed and trimmed|
|1 tbsp / 15 ml||freshly squeezed lemon juice|
|1/4 tsp / 1 ml||coarse sea salt, or to taste|
|Amount||freshly ground black pepper, to taste|
In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add garlic; sauté for 1 minute.
Add Swiss chard; cover and steam for several minutes, until the chard is wilted.
Remove from heat, sprinkle with lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Serve warm.
