|1 cup||light sour cream|
|2 tbsp||granulated sugar|
|1||avocado, seeded, peeled and mashed|
|Assorted fresh melon (honey dew, watermelon, Crenshaw,|
|casaba, cantaloupe), seeded, peeled & cut into bite-sized pieces|
In a blender or food processor, place cream cheese, sour cream, sugar and avocado. Process until smooth.
Put in a serving bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
To serve, put serving bowl on a platter and surround with melon pieces. Makes 8 servings.
