4 | 4 oz/120 g trout fillets |
4 tsp | chopped ginger root |
4 tsp | frozen orange juice concentrate |
2 tsp | miso paste (yellow or white) |
1 tbsp | chopped fresh chives |
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 F (200 C).
Arrange fillets on a baking sheet lightly lined with parchment paper and bake for 10 to 14 minutes or until fish is cooked through and flakes easily when tested with a fork.
Meanwhile, in a small bowl, whisk together ginger root, orange juice concentrate and miso. Pour sauce over cooked fillets; sprinkle with chives.
Serves 4.
