|4 tsp||chopped ginger root|
|4 tsp||frozen orange juice concentrate|
|2 tsp||miso paste (yellow or white)|
|1 tbsp||chopped fresh chives|
Preheat oven to 400 F (200 C).
Arrange fillets on a baking sheet lightly lined with parchment paper and bake for 10 to 14 minutes or until fish is cooked through and flakes easily when tested with a fork.
Meanwhile, in a small bowl, whisk together ginger root, orange juice concentrate and miso. Pour sauce over cooked fillets; sprinkle with chives.
