|2 tbsp||balsamic vinegar|
|2 tbsp||brown sugar|
|2||oranges, peeled and sectioned|
|2 cups||strawberries, sliced|
|a few sprigs fresh mint|
In a large bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar and sugar.
Gently toss oranges and strawberries with balsamic vinegar and sugar mixture.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow flavours to blend.
Garnish with mint, serve chilled.
