Mocha Mousse

An elegant finish to a special meal, this dessert is sure to please. 

Mocha Mousse


Quantity Ingredients
2 1/2 cups silken firm tofu, mashed
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tbsp. freeze-dried instant coffee granules
1 tbsp. orange zest
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon


1. Put all ingredients into food processor or blender. Blend until very smooth and creamy. 2. Spoon about 1/3 cup of the mixture into 6 small individual dessert cups. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
