| 2 1/2 cups | silken firm tofu, mashed |
| 1/2 cup | granulated sugar |
| 1/3 cup | unsweetened cocoa powder |
| 2 tbsp. | freeze-dried instant coffee granules |
| 1 tbsp. | orange zest |
| 1/2 tsp. | ground cinnamon |
Directions
1. Put all ingredients into food processor or blender. Blend until very smooth and creamy. 2. Spoon about 1/3 cup of the mixture into 6 small individual dessert cups. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
