|2 1/2 cups||silken firm tofu, mashed|
|1/2 cup||granulated sugar|
|1/3 cup||unsweetened cocoa powder|
|2 tbsp.||freeze-dried instant coffee granules|
|1 tbsp.||orange zest|
|1/2 tsp.||ground cinnamon|
1. Put all ingredients into food processor or blender. Blend until very smooth and creamy. 2. Spoon about 1/3 cup of the mixture into 6 small individual dessert cups. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
