2 | large tomatoes |
1/4 cup | feta-cheese |
2 tbsp | finely chopped fresh basil |
freshly ground black pepper, to taste |
Directions
Preheat oven to 375ºF (190ºC).
Slice tomatoes in half length-wise and place cut -side up on a baking sheet, season with pepper.
In a small bowl combine feta and basil. Place a quarter of the feta mixture on top of each tomato.
Cover and bake for 20-30 minutes.
Serve warm.
