Directions
1. In a large skillet combine the brown sugar, vinegar, water, oil, caraway seed, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and dash pepper. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until hot, stirring occasionally. 2. Stir in the cabbage and apple. Cook, covered, over medium-low heat about 5 minutes or until cabbage is crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
