Pomegranate Yogurt Dip

Dips and Spreads.
Great with raw veggies. 

Pomegranate Yogurt Dip


Quantity Ingredients
1 large pomegranate
2 cups chilled plain yogurt, 1% milkfat or less
2 green onions, finely chopped
1/4 cup pure pomegranate juice
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped
1/4 tsp salt
Fresh mint sprigs


  1. Separate seeds from the pomegranate.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the yogurt, pomegranate juice, green onion and salt. Gently fold in all but 2 tablespoons of the pomegranate seeds.
  3. Place in serving bowl and garnish with mint and seeds. Chill for 30 minutes.
