Quinoa Pudding

Showcasing the versatility of quinoa, this recipe is easy and quick to prepare. 

 Quinoa Pudding


Quantity Ingredients
2 cups quinoa, cooked (using basic recipe)
3 cups milk
1/3 cup honey or 1/2 cup brown sugar
3 eggs, beaten
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1/2 cup almonds or walnuts, ground
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. lemon or orange rind, grated
1 tsp. lemon juice


1. Combine all ingredients. 2. Pour into greased baking dish or individual custard cups. 3. Bake in 350�F oven until set, about 45 minutes. 4. Serve hot or cold, topped with yogurt, cream or apple juice.
