| 3 cups | milk |
| 1/3 cup | honey or 1/2 cup brown sugar |
| 3 | eggs, beaten |
| 1/8 tsp. | salt |
| 1 tbsp. | butter |
| 1 tsp. | vanilla |
| 1/2 cup | raisins |
| 1/2 cup | shredded coconut |
| 1/2 cup | almonds or walnuts, ground |
| 1/2 tsp. | cinnamon |
| 1/2 tsp. | lemon or orange rind, grated |
| 1 tsp. | lemon juice |
Directions
1. Combine all ingredients. 2. Pour into greased baking dish or individual custard cups. 3. Bake in 350�F oven until set, about 45 minutes. 4. Serve hot or cold, topped with yogurt, cream or apple juice.
