Rhubarb Punch

This punch has punch thanks to the tartness of the rhubarb!

Rhubarb Punch


Quantity Ingredients
6 cups finely chopped fresh rhubarb
6 cups water
1 (12 oz.) can frozen lemonade concentrate
1 cup granulated sugar
1L lemon-lime soda, chilled


1. In large saucepan, combine rhubarb, water, lemonade concentrate and sugar. Cover and cook about 20 minutes until rhubarb is soft. Strain to remove pulp. Reserve liquid. 2. Chill reserved liquid. Just before serving poud rhubarb mixture over ice cubes in punch bowl. Carefully pour in chilled soda. Garnish with additional ice cubes or an ice ring.
