|3 tbsp||soybean oil|
|2 cans||sardines, any flavour, chopped|
|1/2 each||yellow, green and red peppers, chopped|
|salt and pepper, to taste|
Mix dough ingredients and let rest for 30 min. While dough is resting, prepare filling: Mix eggs, leek, pepper, spices and water. Fry egg mixture in a frying pan as you would scrambled eggs.
When dough has rested, preheat oven to 425F. Work the dough and roll it out to around 1 cm thick. Spread filling on dough and sprinkle with chopped sardines. Roll dough into log shape. Place on cookie sheet and shape into a circle. Bake for approximately 30 min.
