4 cups / 1 litre | cherry tomatoes |
2 | cloves garlic, crushed |
1/4 cup / 50 ml | fresh basil, roughly chopped |
2 tbsp / 25 ml | pine nuts |
freshly ground black pepper, to taste |
Directions
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add tomatoes; sauté for about
3 to 4 minutes or until warm. Add garlic; sauté for another minute.
Remove from heat; stir in basil and pine nuts.
Serve warm.
