|2||cloves garlic, crushed|
|8 cups / 2 L||spinach|
|2 tbsp / 25 ml||freshly squeezed lemon juice|
|1/4 tsp / 1 ml||coarse sea salt, or to taste|
|freshly ground black pepper, to taste|
|pinch red pepper flakes, or ot taste|
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic; sauté for 1 minute.
Add spinach, lemon juice, salt, pepper and red pepper flakes to skillet; cover and steam for 3 to 4 minutes, or until spinach is wilted. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
