1 tsp / 5 ml | each dried thyme, paprika and garlic powder |
1/4 tsp / 1 ml | each cayenne and crushed black pepper |
4 | 4-ounce (120 g) snaper fillets |
Directions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a small bowl, mix together thyme, paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper and black pepper.
Sprinkle Cajun spice mixture on a large dinner plate. Firmly press each fillet in spice mixture to coat snapper.
Place fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 10 to 14 minutes or until fish is cooked through and flakes easily when tested with a fork.
