| 1/2 cup / 125 ml | finely crushed tortilla chips |
| 1/4 cup / 50 ml | chopped fresh cilantro |
| 1 tbsp / 15 ml | chili powder |
| 1/2 tsp / 2 ml | salt |
| 1 tsp / 5 ml | cumin |
| 1/2 tsp / 2 ml | ground black pepper |
Directions
Oil grill on barbecue; heat on medium-high heat.
Combine turkey, crushed tortilla chips, cilantro, chili powder, salt, cumin and pepper in a large bowl. Mix together and form 6 patties.
Grill burgers until cooked through, about 5 minuts per side. Serve in whole wheat buns with spicy salsa, guacamole, lettuce and sliced red onion.
