| 2 tsp / 10 ml | toasted sesame oil |
| 1 clove | garlic, chopped |
| 8 cups / 1 L | Swiss chard, washed and trimmed |
| 1/8 tsp / 0.5 ml | red pepper flakes, or to taste |
| 2 tsp/ 10 ml | toasted sesame seeds |
Directions
Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes and sauté for one minute. Add Swiss chard; cover and sauté for 6 to 8 minutes, or until chard is wilted and soft.
Remove from heat. Sprinkle sesame seeds.
