|1||clove garlic, crushed|
|8 cups / 2 L||Swiss chard, washed and trimmed|
|1/8 tsp / 0.5 ml||red pepper flakes, or to taste|
|2 tsp / 10 ml||toasted sesame seeds|
Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic; sauté for 1 minute. Add Swiss chard; cover and sauté for 6 to 8 minutes or until chard is wilted and soft.
Remove from heat.
Remove from heat. Sprinkle with pepper flakes and sesame seeds.
