|2 tsp / 10 ml||Sesame oil|
|1 clove||garlic, chopped|
|8 cups / 1 L||Swiss chard, washed and trimmed|
|1/8 tsp / 0.5 ml||red pepper flakes, or to taste|
|2 tsp/ 10 ml||toasted sesame seeds|
Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for one minute. Add Swiss chard; cover and saute for 6 to 8 minutes, or until chard is wilted and soft.
Remove from heat. Sprinkle with pepper flakes and sesame seeds.
