Quantity Ingredients
1 tsp canola oil
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
2 cups reduced-sodium vegetable stock
1 cup quinoa


Heat oil in a saucepan over medium heat, add onions and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes.  Add stock and bring to a boil.  Stir in quinoa.  Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 12 to15 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.  Remove from heat and fluff with a fork.
